I have and do find many of these in SE Kansas. Here, they are called Wichita (or Washita) points. Another member on this site says they are preforms. To be notched later.

Very nice points! The triangle looks like to me a Hamilton Triangle
AKA: Woodland Triangular (Whatley)
Late Woodland to Early Mississippian

Pressure flaking, I used to think they were all made by hitting rocks together but a nice sharp antler tine placed right where you want it and to an extent size doesn’t matter
