Hi everyone! Just got back from this morning's treasure hunt where I picked up these two rings. The first is most likely CZ and is marked 10K on one side and GI on the other. Anyone familiar with this mark? Hopefully its not a disguised GF that didn't get fully stamped.

The second one looks sapphire and CZ, and is marked 10K RJ. I couldn't find anything about this online and again would appreciate any help.

My biggest problem is I don't have a test kit. I usually don't find too much good jewelry, but now might be the time to get one. Thanks again for any help!

Both appear to be makers marks. Probably will have a hard time finding the maker as there are literally thousands of them and not any real good references (that I know) to find ID's unless they are well known or large chain. Apparently when you stamp your creation with a gold karat you are supposed to put a makers mark so you can be held accountable if the karat isn't accurate. You should test the diamonds/CZ's. Hope they are real!

Nice rings. As small as the diamonds are, they could be real. Possibly lower quality stones since the gold is only 10k. Just thinking out loud...

They are both real 10K... I have bought and sold jewelry for many years in my past life... Nice finds...

Thanks everyone! for $25 it was a quite a deal. Now I gotta go out and get myself a test kit.

A lot of the older vintage designs use 10K gold. I have a bunch of it. It sells well as "vintage". Make sure you put that word in the auction title.
