Okay, it has been a while. This brass item is leaded at the bottom a several brass spikes or pins sticking up. It measures 2 " across and the spikes are pointed like needles and are about 1/2" long and are sharp. It looks like it was painted gold. I know this forum will have the answer for this. Thanks

I AINT NEVER EVER SEEN A FROG LIKE THAT BATTLELAXE, BUT CHARLIE IS RIGHT .YOU LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE ANSWER FOR I USED TO DELIVER FLOWERS FOR A FLORIST. I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS SOME TYPE OF COMB.

Yes! the answers are here for sure. I thought about that but it is made awfully nice and wouldnt think they would make one this nice? This one is solved. Thanks to the forum for a quick response.
