help please

Hello everyone
I have been hunting a new spot
That dates back to late 1800s
I have found several what's ranging from 1917-40s
Also a awesome 1962 Seattle world's fair token. .
I will go ahead and post token. ..
On this thread
But the mystery item kinda looks like wings
It's about 2 1/2 inches long and looks brass it has a small hole in bottom and looked like it had one in the top but broke. ..
And has 2 smaller holes on the sides
Any ideas?

The Member tag is Most likely part of a Medal .

The Pin part on Top of it

And a Round medallion Hanging under it



But unfortunately will probably take pure Luck to find the Exact design
