🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Help please

From today 1901 site , I thought it was battery strap related at first but don’t have a clue. I keyworded the numbers and got some old model aircraft pics . I don’t think it’s model aircraft

it looks like a light fixture cross bar

Not sure what it is but i do see bend marks from left & Right of the center hole looks like it would be U shaped and i think i see at each end latch or hinge where it would attach to something.
