Hi everyone.
Found this rock on the beach eastbourne england.
It weighs 117gr heavy for its size ,reacts to a magnet but when you use a smaller magnet it hasn't got the same force all over.
As in the pictures showen it seems to have gold which while testing under a mug on the ceramic it leaves a gold streak in which I assume is gold.
Now the green crystal/glass is what's confusing me I have got some shots under my looper magnifier so some one more experienced than me can hopefully identify it.
Could this rock just be slag ,kimperlite, impactite? All opinions welcome Thanks. 20200119_163141.jpg20200119_205549.jpg20200119_205734.jpg20200120_171627.jpg20200127_073838.jpg20200126_161218.jpg20200128_143702.jpg

Looks like part of a concretion, maybe from something after a fire? Can you get the gold spot tested? It sure looks like gold from your pics.

I've put a needle on all the gold bits and it leaves a dent

Looks like gold is a possibility at least. Crossing my fingers, Georgivs.

It also seems to me that this is gold, although I am not completely sure about it. Better wait for answers from other forum participants.

That is definitely interesting! it would obviously help to see it in person but from what we can see it looks like it could be gold.
