Help w/ button??

Hi. I found this button on the surface/in the mud just outside my apartment a few weeks ago. It looks old, but might not be. Can anyone id it and possibly tell its age?? Any help is appreciated, thanks. Pics below.

Looks like a watch fob with a Greek letter Omega, inside a wreath. Fraternal/Scholastic?

The crest in wreath looks like an old hotel employee button but its hard to see.
