I dug this copper coin this evening in Baltimore County.

Its diameter averages 27.5 millimeters and its weight is 8.02 grams (123.5 grains)

Online sources have not helped identify by weight. No examples from Yeoman's coin book seem to fit this figure facing right obverse and Britannia reverse.

I cannot make out a date on the reverse nor any lettering on the obverse. The reverse appears to have two horizontal lines below the figure, a capital "N" near 11 o'clock, and a discernible space between the figures left forearm and her staff.

Here are some pictures of both sides. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

Looks like a KG1 to me?

Nice save. Sorry I can’t help with the ID.

Thanks DiggerKid2003! I see how you would think that. Narrower bust facing right on the obverse and the wide rim on the reverse.

Yes, that's definitely a George I halfpenny. (1719-1724)

Thanks Iron Patch! Did some more homework after these responses and have this to add.
