Hello Everyone,

Al here. I went with a friend out to one of my favorite fields today. (1-25-12) I pulled another old one. I do believe that it is a King George the 3rd Half Penny. Dated 177? Any help with verification would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, H.H.

Shrinking the picture would be a good start :icon_thumleft:

I made photos to be more comfortable to view.
No idea what the coin is though.

Thanks for that resizing. Still working out the kinks with it myself. I looked up a 1775 King George the 3rd half penny on Google Images and mine looks very similar.

It looks like a George III (1760-1820), Halfpenny, 1770-1775 first issue, laureate and cuirassed bust right.
