I found this a bit ago and could never figure out the name. I'm also not sure if it's a print or an original, it's titled "That Summer" and signed in pencil. Any help appreciated.

It’s by the American artist and illustrator Earl Bradley Lewis (b. 1956) and best known for his watercolour illustrations for children's books:
