Help With Button Identification

[Fentonian]

Found this nice flat button earlier today and I am looking for help with identifying it, says “United States of America “ across the top and I believe
“E Pluribus Enum” under it with the 1812 style eagle and shield. The bench mark is hard to read. Thanks for any help!!
