I was just messin with you. Those coins are awesome. Really nice. Me, I'm 64, retired educator(h.s. and college) not allowed to drink, smoke cigars or stay out late anymore, but other than that just enjoying life. I miss the classroom, you young people kept me young. I work for Pearson Education. Know that test you have to pass to graduate under No Child Left Behind? I'm one of the miserable SOB's that make it up. Sorry about that. As for treasure, well, I grew up when there was no Padre Island National Seashore. We hunted coins constantly, found many, many many and I used to give them as presents to chicks I dated. Wish I had them back now. I don't get out much, mostly from being lazy, but I'm going to share this with you for a laugh. Show it to mom . I got bored from being retired and decided to go climb "Old Baldy", in Garner State Park one more time before I died. Going up no problem, coming down fell 50-75 feet or so. Rolling, rolling, impaling my foot on a piece of metal. Dr.? Never, I started healing it myself. Fast forward a month and I am with some friends hog hunting on a ranch near the same park. Had a pistol, saw a rattlesnake, shot behind it so the vibrations would scare it away, it turned toward me, started striking and I shot it. As it struck at me I raised my foot, the bullet passed through the snake, hit some rocks, ricocheted upward, went through my boot, grazed my foot and my friends and now you couldn't stop laughing. Dr., no I tried to heal it myself. Five foot operations later I'm fine and just sit here and follow Tnet. Now you know how stupid teachers can really be. I was much safer in my inner city school where we had 32 gangs on campus(San Antonio Police Gang Unit numbers). And tomorrow I get to slosh through mud and water to find points, scrapers, maybe a spanish coin or two, who knows. Hopefully it will be fun. Have fun with those coins, tell mom hi for me and enjoy this website. There are a few grouches, but mostly really, cool people. Bye.
