Didn't realize there were so many sections to this forum. Thrift store, coins and more.
I like this.
Been collecting coins, thrift store/picker, antiques and detecting since about 1999.
Especially ancient coins.
But only the last few years I have been serious about detecting.
Before it was just for relaxing. Hitting the beach and talking to people.
But then I started hitting the parks and I dug an 1881 Indian Head penny and a civil war button a few years ago and I haven't been the same since.

Was sent here after getting to know another local detectorist.
I know a few people on here. Just not sure of their usernames.
One of the guys told me last night he's on here.

Look forward to being here and will be posting.
