Hi New Here I need Help Identifying? something

I have found this necklace in a lot.

I am relatively new to all this, and I am confused because of a discussion on facebook. Is this hang tag Trifari as I already thought it is. Or Karen Lynne? Also I Need confirmation is this piece actual or a knock off? I am having doubts now because, No matter how Many ways I try I can't seem to find it. Any ideas or tips would be much appreciated.

As far as I know, yes that is a Trifari hang tag. I base that on the hundreds of signed Trifari pieces I’ve encountered w that Tag. Beaded chains like that are usually signed on the clasp. Don’t recall off the top of my head whether I’ve seen one with a tag and no signature. I wouldn’t sweat it either way as it’s not a particularly good piece.
