Hibernation Time yet?

The snow just keeps on a-coming. Isn't it time for the average bear to hibernate?

Karenray, I made the 3 bears shadows for my sister-in-law a couple years ago, also made the cowboy leanin' against the fence for my house, and dagnabbit if someone didn't kidnap him two days later. So I no longer make any yard shadows anymore. I have had 4 american flags and poles stolen off my house in 3 years, I am thinking about painting one on my garage door. I have to inconspicuously mark all yard stuff; Stolen from my address. Occaisionally I find my stuff at local yard sales, I get the items back by telling the people that, that particular item was stolen from me, and if I can't have it back for free, then I'm calling the cops! It usually works .........NGE

Seger. if ewe gtet much mure snow, he is either going to have to hibernate or get a snorkel. LOL

Nge, that is fum making those shadows if you have just the right spot for something. Too bad those were stolen
from you. That would be agrivating to say the least. Thievery and vandelism are two things I really hate. Do you get your
patterns from 'The winfield Collection,' or 'Sherwood Creations'? I got the one of the bear and moose sitting down
by an open fire, roasting hot dogs. And they have a little coon and a skunk siting beside them roasting marshmellows.
The patterns shows them all painted up to look real. I plan on making them up this spring or summer. If you have the Winfield catalog, there is a little bear potty chair that I made up a while back for some friends for their baby.
In the pattern where it showed pine to make the toilet paper holder and book holder, I used oak instead, That really
dressed it up. His wife likes it so much that she says that it is going to be their family heirloom. She has passed it
around 3 times to some relatives or friends so it is getting quite a workout. Never figured it would be that popular.

Ray, I got mine from Winfield. I even visited their showroom once or twice. I haven't made anything since 2001, that's when my computer was sent to my workshop, my wife said; NOT UPSTAIRS! I asked her if I could do my woodworking upstairs then . My comp desktop is an old wooden fire door 2 inches thick, 3 1/2 X 8 foot, mounted on top of one of my work benches. I got the door when our church was remodeling its auditorium and they were going to put it in a dumpster, all my cables are routed through the door knob hole. When we have tornado warnings, we get under my desk . I still have all my full size patterns, I made mine out of cheap paneling. I have Bart Simpson, the bears, cowboy, and woman leaning. I also made their cathouse birdhouse. I also used to make childrens puzzles, where the shape of the animal was the borders, sold about 300 of them for 5 bucks a piece. Doing work in the garage is out of the question, too cold in the winter and out fishing or 'tectin in the summer........NGE
