high end key fob ? stainless/14k/ diamond

im guessing this is a hi end fob or pendant.

plainly marked stainless steel..

then DR or OR SURROUNDED BY A HEART SHAPE

then 14k

appears to have a tiny inset stone... diamond ?

anyone know whatzit is and aprox worth ?
