Hilariously bad reproduction of a bird stone

So many things wrong on this obviously reproduction birdstone.

That’s a great looking preform, obviously newly made. It looks funny because it’s not finished yet. It’s made with the correct material. Diabase porphyry. With my diamond burrs I could finish that thing up nicely. That’s one artifact I’ve never reproduced. Is it for sale?

I saw this one on Antiques roadshow where a guy brought in some artifacts his granddaddy found on the family farm years ago. The carved figural stone was appraised the highest in the collection of artifacts that his grandad found. I can't remember what state they were found.
