It was 92 degrees today and yes I was pouring sweat. LOL I detected a baseball diamond/field for about an hour and a half, maybe two hours I wasn't looking at my watch. I thought I had found some sort of token at first glance when the coin was in the hole. After examining it closely I discovered it is a 2002 Euro coin. I also found half a car, 5 quarters,6 dimes,6 nickles, and 20 pennies.

those euros do not look like they will not last long in the ground. fifty years from what do think they will look like after being on the ground that long. I think they will be just a sliver of corroded metal.

Neat find for Ohio, I may have dropped it last year when I was there, LOL! It's an Italian Euro coin with "The Vitruvian Man, by Leonardo da Vinci". HH, Mike
