How do you sell a claim?

Hey guys just joined and i have a claim that i dont have time to work so im thinking of selling it on ebay or something. What do i do at the end of the auction?

A mining claim is transfered by recording a Quit Claim Deed with the County Recorder where the mining claim is located, and then by filing the Quit Claim Deed with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State Office.

its in el dorado county on the north fork of the cosumnes river with some very rich history it was one of the richest spots in the county.
