How much is this gold ring worth?

weight 1.73 gram, size 6.25 , stamped 10K

Problem is there is a little pearl on top of the ring. I dont want to take it off to destroy the rings value so how can I figure out how much the gold alone is worth?

looking on ebay for comparable ring is a way to gauge value. is the pearl real? One way to find out is rub the pearl on your teeth if it feels like fine sandpaper it is real. if it is smooth it is plastic. Not much value in scrap maybe $25 but luck if you get $15

1.73 gram of 10k is worth $29.56 melt as of today. The pearl is most likely fresh water or synthetic, so it is worthless. Like toddbbq said, you'd be lucky to get 15 or 20 bucks from a scrap buyer because they have to turn a profit as well
