How old is this paper shotgun shell?

I dug this shell up at a local park today, nothing special. I would like to know a date if possible. Thanks! It's hard to read but it says Western Super-X No. 12 Made in USA

I just recently Dug one with a little bit of the pink paper left also.. If you use the search option within treasurenet I know there's at least one thread about dating the head stamps on these.

I don't know the exact date but it is somewhere between 1898 and 1932 . I believe in 1932 Western was bought out by Winchester .
