SNT, OBN posted a down-n-dirty list of steps in your other thread. You need an account on a hosting site, YouTube is easy and most widely used. Upload the file from to youtube (it's point and click easy!) From there, go to the video play page and click the box marked "share". Click the box that says "long link". highlight and copy the link it gives you and post it into a message here. .
