How to Post Video

I am trying to post a video from my files. It says the file is too large. Can anyone help me? I looked over the HELP forum and I cant find it.

Its not a u tube video but I will try it. It looks like instructions from the old TN. I had no problem posting videos on the old TN.. Its the new TN that gives me fits.

Yea those instructions are from the user friendly old TN.

Can anyone help me post a video?

I got it. I posted on utube first and then I was able to post it on the new TN.
