Anyone been to a paid hunting event in last couple of years?

Just heard of Digstock 2022. It seems that this is a week long event.

I went to Garrets 1st Annual hunt a few years ago, it was a good time and well worth it.
There is one coming up in OK in June but it seems too expensive. $350 for all the hunts and events (X2 with wife $700)

These events do sound interesting for the excitement of digging historical finds and meeting other detectorists. The tough part is that when you add up the travel costs plus event fees it can get expensive. That is the catch.

They changed the name, hunts, prices and dates. It's called Oklahoma Land Rush and will be in September 2022. Bo and the car show will not be there.
