Been hitting this field now for a month. Five solid weekends in a row. My time and effort finally paid off today. And awesome coin scratched off my bucket list. Beautiful condition 1829 cap bust dime. All of 4 inches down. Included all the good finds so far. A silver thimble, nickel trime, some buttons, and what looks like part of a shoe buckle. Thanks for looking, Mike.

Great find good for a display case Thanks for sharing!!!!!!!

Wow, this has been Capped Bust dime week. You, me, and trapperart have all found Capped Bust dimes in the last week. Almost makes it look like they are easy to find - which we all know they are NOT easy to find.

Yours is a real beauty and it looks like it would grade pretty high.

That is one sweet cap bust dime! The 3 center is a good one too, makes you wonder what other treasures that "hunted out" site is holding!

HH,
Brian

Nice job on the "hard to find" finds, that dime is really awesome

Starred at those pics for a while . . . doesn't get much better than that!! :occasion14:
