Hunted the Neighbor's Yard

Today I got to detect my neighbor's yard. His house was built in 1900 and and was the first on our street. I had visions of my first Indian or my first Barber silver. There would be no silver today though. :BangHead:

I managed 3 wheaties (25, 26 and 45), 59 cents in clad, a measuring spoon and a large, yellow Tootsie Toy Army Jeep. I also found a foreign coin I need help IDing. It's the top coin in the first picture. The front reads "George VI King Emperor" and the back reads "1 Anna 1943."

I think I will probably hit the yard again when my Excelerator 10x14 coil comes in and see if I missed anything.

Thanks for looking and HH!

Cool finds Silver. I got out in the yard early this morning. Dug 3 pennies and a small locket. Got another good signal, bent down and slipped a disc in my back. Now sitting on the couch with the heating pad under me!! lol

I've hunted several yards around old houses here that I had a strong gut feeling would produce silvers, only to end up being a near bust for anything. it seems I do better when i go to a place with the feeling that I won't find anything.
