I can't figure out what this is?

I had found this a few month ago a still can't figure out what it is. i know its pretty old. on the front it says "THE EMINENT HOUSEHOLD OF COLOMBIAN WOODMAN" "BROTHERHOOD LOYALTY AND TRUTH" "LIVE AND DIE FOR THOSE WE LOVE" on the back it says "THE COLOMBIAN WOODMAN ATLANTA GA." NAME AND IDENTITY OF OWNER ON INSIDE" So far i know it is an insurance Co. from the 1900"s but thats about it. i found it in Jacksonville Fl. at an old neighborhood site. any help would be appreciated.
