This is my latest acquisition of silver. Good thing it didn't say sterling. I paid $12.95 for it. I noticed the coat of arms of the Russian Federation two headed eagle from the get. The Russian mark 84 that stands for 80% pure in sliver is on the side of the handle. It is 8 inches long and weighs 57.2 grams. Not sure of how old it is? Condition is a bit of gold wash is worn and it has a maltase cross that is bent over above the heads of the eagle. I will need a jeweler to do some annealing to soften the silver to put it back in position or it will break off. This is a premium piece worth well above the price of the silver it has.
