I found a tin token...How should I clean it?

I found a tin token. I can only read part of it and it is very brittle. There is a good amount of dirt stuck to it. I am afraid to use electrolysis to remove the concrete like grime.

Any suggestions?

Can you post a photo?

May want to dip it in distilled water for a day and see.
