I found a token for a building lot in Ocean City NJ only 35.50, woo hoo!

I got out today for about an hour or two and found some neat stuff. It was a new yard hunt, place was pretty empty, except for about ten pieces of trash I found these three cool things. The token, gas valve, and hose sprinkler.




Token reads---- return this check within 96 hours to Koch Realty Co. Inc. 803 eighth st. Ocean City NJ or commerce building 1200 Atlantic Ave. Atlantic City NJ

other side reads---- finder will receive deed to one building lot high and dry in Ocean City Manor NJ minutes from boardwalk title guaranteed by the Ocean City Title and trust Company Transfer charges only 35.50 no other expenses

Must have been a few of them, my son found one near Union Lake back in the late 1980s. I guess he still has his and did not buy!
