I found part of a point today

It’s very small but part of it is missing. It is about an inch long before it is broken off and looks like flint. Wonder if any of you know what type of point it is?

In my area of IL stemmed points generally start in the late archaic around 3000 bc. Their use lasted well into the woodland time period.

It was found in Tennessee in Williamson County.

I'd recheck that area that you found your point in after each rain if possible. There may be more artifacts there. Good luck!
