I FOUND THIS BABY WHILE DETECTING UPDATE REAL GOLD

I FOUND THIS WHILE DETECTING
IT IS AMETHYST AND A VERY NICE ONE AT THAT
IT APPEARS TO BE WRAPPED WITH GOLD.
AND HAS A CLASP ON THE TOP FOR A CHAIN
IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DIPPED IN MELTED GOLD
I THINK THIS SHOULD MAKE A NICE DOWN PAYMENT ON MY NEW WHITES MXT
WHAT DO YOU THINK ?
ILL POST IT IN FOR SALE ON TNET AND OPEN IT TO OFFERS.
i DID NOTICE WHILE RINSING IT OFF THAT THE GOLD WRAPPING ON IT IS VERY SOFT METAL.
MY WIFE IS GIVING ME A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHT LOOK ABOUT LETTING IT GO.
I THINK SHE MAY TRY TO PULL THE (IF YOU LOVE ME CARD).......GULP
I WOULD KEEP IT BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT ID RATHER HAVE THE MXT WOULD YOU.

That really is nice! Seems like the person that lost such a big rock would have felt the sudden weight change
around their neck region or at least heard a big "THUD" when it hit the ground. Looks like another one of those "Hoocanfigyers".

I've found quartz amethyst before but none as sweet as that with the gold wrapping.

I have no ideah of the value and to get the weight of the gold would be imposible because of the amethyst in it.
one could only guess.
i suppose a value is what someone is willing to pay for it.
