I found this rock....

A few years ago while camping either in Pennsylvania or upstate New York I found this rock. I thought it was a cool shape but over the years I often wonder about it. There is no way this is a normal rock? It is shaped too much like a tool or something. I don't know where to go for information. I'd love some help!!
