I got "SPURRED" into the new year at Civil War camp

Me and a buddy of mine went to a very hard hunted Union camp today and came out with a few relics. I dug a small caliber minnie and a couple round ball bullets, and a toe plate.But the best find of the day was a calvary spur, a whole one, I have never dug a whole spur until today, what a great start to a new year. The spur was in an area that had alot of pop cans and I thought it was just another can, man am I glad I dug it!

Great start to a new year. Does the spur have any marking on it? I have a similiar one with no markings at all. Very nice find.

This is a Confederate spur for sure!!
