I am just taking it slow because the ball is in my court right now.
On Jan 28 I won 14 Star Trek trading cards for .01¢ each, I was the only bidder. (14 diff auctions)
This seller immediatly marked them paid even though he never sent invoice or me paying. I figuered if i paid .14¢ paypal would even cut into his loss even more. So he was going to cut his loss this way.
Well he never shipped them. I sent two messages that he ignored.
So, I filed 14 item never received complaints. I know it was a waste of time for such a small thing, but this guy decided to stiff me and ignore my messages.
I went through the process and this is what ebay sent me:
eBay Customer Support has made a final decision.
You didn't pay for the item before opening the case. When you place a winning bid or buy an item, you're required to pay for it.
Final decision: A refund won't be issued for this case.
Are those guys at ebay on drugs or does a computer come up with these decisions?
I told ebay I wanted the cards not a refund.
So, now I have 14 auctions where I can leave a neg feedback.
He already gave me great feedback like:
Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction. Excellent buyer. A++++++.
Hope to deal with you again. Thank you.
Quick response and fast payment. Perfect! THANKS!!
Should I let him have have it? ? ? ? ?
