I have the next 3 days off!!

Hi All!!

I had every intention of detecting over the next 3 days because some how I got three days off in a row during the week. I know that the weatherman said we would get a couple of flakes but to my horror this is what I arose to this morning!






Needless to say this has put a damper on my detecting for today. . . . maybe it will all be gone tomorrow

We have to expect that here in NW Pa. Nice thing about snow is that you can see exactly what area you have detected by the coil markings in the snow, makes it easy to grid an area.

It's a FRUSTRATING experience having TIME to detect but can't because of snow and frozen ground!! I feel your pain here in Colorado.

I know how you feel I had today off and wouldn't you know. It freakin snowed. After 2 hours of Snow it started a mix snow/sleet/rain and the temp continued to drop. The weather down here is really screwed up. This time last week it was in the 70's so go figure.

Anyway, better luck to you next time my friend.

That is rotten luck! I feel your pain. I got a new MD Monday. Got to hunt with it one time then here comes the rain, sleet, and, cold.
Thankfully snow is rare where I live. Hope things clear up your way so you can get some hunting in.

Well here I am on my second day off and I have made the decision to go anyway!! I'm not sure how long I'll be gone and whether I will get frost bite or not but I will report back with all my finds (frost bite or not)!!
