Why is it.... metal detectors are still being built with 1/4 inch headphone jacks and the rest of the world is using 1/8 inch headphones? Just scratching my head.... TTC

There's the answer! I also carry a reducer plug in case my main phones go bad.... I can then use the 1/8 size phones... now, if I can just find that darn reducer! Tnx, guys. TTC

Now i know that some.... Fishers and Teknetics... Have both size head phone jacks built in to them........
