Complete and utter
Notice he doesn't have on a panel of Physicists working in the field of electro-magnetics,
explaining how all this is technically feasible?
As a kid I remember my dad having a big wall poster in his office, and it covered the
complete electro-magnetic spectrum from DC to Daylight. The chart showed what
effects occurred at certain power levels of specific frequencies, and there were
notations such as: "caused subject [test rat] to rapidly heat up and explode".
Now, this was around the early 60's, and what that freq. + level of power being
tested in that manner ultimately became the basis for the microwave ovens we
have today.
At issue here is the
AMOUNT OF POWER. To generate those high power
fields at low frequencies (the ELF they were speaking of), it takes a
ginormous
amount of amplification and one hellofa antenna to radiate it. For example,
an antenna built to handle the 10+kW of power needed create even a small,
powerful field at an ELF frequency would cost well into the $200k+ range, and
an antenna that could handle the power needed to radiate a large area (house,
city, etc.) would not only be massive in size, it would take a complete power
station to feed the racks of amplifiers.
Cooking a rat, and radiating a mind-controlling signal are entirely different
concepts, and while one is factual, the latter is simply not mathematically
feasible.
