Nice looking button if its real.

Diggers is far more watchable than swamp hunters is or American diggers ever was. The guys are a bit wacky but I think they were probably not much different than a lot of us. Can't see many people who enjoy the hobby turning down the chance to earn a good living off it so I don't blame them but hope they do take the time to try to present the hobby in a positive light every chance they get. I'd rather have them portraying it how they do then see savage or swamp hunters make it all about the cash value.

I hope it is real, what a great find that would be!

Nice button, terrible sayings. Saying "I've got a merc." is one thing, but "I'VE GOT ROUNDNESS" is another and quite annoying to hear.

Very faint worthy! :headbang:

Beautiful button. I have never seen one heavily gilted. Very pretty.

Here's a better picture of it..you can really see the gilt in this one

Did you clean it? Looks very shiny, almost like new.I'm thinking its a reproduction?

At least Diggers features real hunters instead of wife and newbie kid. What on earth is Savage thinking? Real World?

Awesome find! I wish we had history in Arizona. I'm thrilled to find a coin pre-1950!!

At least diggers doesn't have backhoes or fake rednecks with shotguns. I haven't met a detectorist who isn't a dork in some way:) we would all sell out for a chance to travel and detect.

Sweet Nectar indeed,

the show is a lot of fun I watch it all the time...

Happy Hunting,

Dan

Hey there Daugela. I lived out in Tucson for a while a I'm not sure if you can or not but there is tons of history in the Catalina mountains. Also there was some Civil War History out there too because Arizona was a Confederate State and it switched hands before the end

Oh and also I never cleaned button. I've left it just as it was when o pulled it out of the dirt

wow that's beautiful. congrats! probably the best condition I've ever seen posted
