I was searching for sparking rocks and I've found these three rocks. I've managed to start a fire with the white stone so I think it is a piece of flint, or maybe I am wrong. The other ones spark a little bit too. Can you help me with identifying them? I've found them in Turkey. It is going to be my first post, hope i did not make any mistake trying to send the pictures.

Welcome! All appear to be specimens of a microcrystalline quartz. They have names like chalcedony, jasper, chert and carnelian. The piece in the center looks as if it may have been possibly worked into a blade tool or striker as you mentioned.

Biosattva welcome to Tnet! Good eye for the microcrystalline quartz. In addition to several varieties, it also has a hardness of 7, so will scratch glass.

The flint probably fell out of a wheat threshing tool called "duven" in Turkish, there are lots of flints attached to it. 77838643-ddae-4977-b8f7-2db58742c6a7.webp

I'll buy that. I once saw a duven in an antique store, but I didn't know what it was called until now. Thanks
