I found this object detecting the river today. I'm pretty sure I see the devil on this thing. I'm thinking its possibly a bell. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for the help.- Justin

It's deffinantly odd. I was thinking the possibility of it being a bell, but it doesn't resonate when tapped with a hard object.
