I was saying yesterday, I don't think....

I don't think I could come any closer to finding my first Barber coin without actually finding one,  I found a 1918-S Merc yesterday. 

Well today, I found a 1917-S Merc....DOH!, WOOHOO!, DOH!, WOOHOO!!! 

My 2nd merc in the last two days and only my 3rd for the year....or ever I guess I should say.

Also found during todays 2 hour hunt, 60 cents clad, 1945 wheat, 1920 wheat.  Got too hot outside, so I had to cut the hunt short.  However, I am happy with today "hunted out park" results.

I agree, They are beautiful....However, the find for this post was a worn 1917 Merc LOL 

Not the awesome detectorist dream finds that Charles could pull out of a tot lot because he is really that good!!!
