If he goes after it he will proably get it. My brother-in-law was married and he left his wife. They was separated for 9 years he passed away and his ex filed for spouse support from his SS and she gets a check every month now because she is a widow now. They never talked to each other in the 9 yrs and she lived in another state. If they don't divorce they are still legally married.....Matt

I stand corrected Jeff - $190 million is correct. Thank you. I was going off of spartacus' post and I still say split into thirds.

P.S. My post is correct.. 95 million x 2 is 190 million... That's why I said she would be mad to give up 95 million.... I spent 1/2 a day figuring that out counting each finger and toe as $100,000. I should have just made the value 1 million each and saved a lot of time
