Id buttons

Found these buttons and what i think is some type of rosette. Found at a very old site. Would love help with age and ID of buttons and opinion on rosette. The eagle button has a high dome and says extra quality on back. The other button is like a ball. Thanks for any help.

Your button with the eagle appears to be an officer's general service button from the 1850s to 1860s. The other looks to be a ball button. And I think your third item is actually a very old cuff link.
