I also agree with Creskol, it looks like a drawer pull knob. Even though its not a button, it is still a nice relic find.

The evaluations above suggest that it is a furniture pull knob face. This is probably what it is but I would very much like to know the size of this item. I have seen some screw in coat hangers that have that same kind of face. Just put it on top of a $100 bill and take another picture :icon_thumleft:

Thats a good find because you know your in an old area. I agree a size would help on the ID

Thanks for the replies. Here is picture with bullet for reference and tape measure. About 2” in diameter.
