what we/they need to do is nullify the EPA out of existance! it has over reached its own bounds and has gotten to be overbearing!

Thanks, munk - that has been posted several times in the past few weeks. It is an outstanding example of how policies should be reasoned out in public. I only
hope that power brokers in the back rooms haven't already bought the legislators off. That's why threats of lawsuits should be part of our attempts, imo.
