Identify german compas

I need help identifying a brass compass that says germany on it. It has a lock a lock stud ,and glow in dark dots with 8 directions.

Looks to be in nice shape! If you leave it in a dark room for several hours do the dots still glow? If so the paint is radium and not
phosphorous. That makes it at least 60 years old.
