Some family and I went to Bolivar a few weeks back and witnessed the devastation. Words will never describe what I saw down there. I grew up fishing and surfing around the area and it was really hard to see a lot of those old memories gone.

Just for a guide, The first picture was my wifes grandparents 2500 sq ft beach house built in 1998. There was a dune that was 10'+ tall between them and the ocean. Her grandmother told me, Well thats the risk you take when you live on the coast, so true.
