I'M Back from Iraq: Mega Germany Finds Part#1 updated
Hello all,
Well after 14 months in Iraq, I have been back for 2 months. It was tough not being able to detect for such a long time. Pictured below are finds from Germany and even Italy. Still using White's XLT and loving my new set of Predator tools.
Enjoy.
Sorry about the wide photos
The two months of finds, all clad on the top
Close-up of different pins, military buttons, wheat pennies(1919 oldest) and thimble that I found
More old buttons, one seems Polish leading me to believe that a Polish unit stayed on this post after the war. The small 1942 coin is from Netherlands, most likely brought back by a German soldier during WWII
Different US and German live ammo and silver coins.
Buttons, equipment tags and car emblem
Bottom: what I think is a gold bracelet found at a sports field(not old) Right: large men's platinum wedding band(I don't think its a in the ear lobe tribal stiyle ear ring), the rest are just junk.
Military insignia, buttons. The item in the middle is older and might be some sort of buckle.
Misc older German coins
My silver finds and my best find 1806 Austrian, Francis II coin
Other side, the 1806 was found walking back to the car in a forest area
Real treasure chest, took the kids to the playground, got a weak signal. I dug out this treasure chest, which had a 1$ and 2 Swiss coin...I felt bad and almost re-buried it.
Misc ammo, casings and bullets
