Looks like a mica schist.

Not sure of the associate minerals present. They may be forms of mica (phyllosilicates) and potential garnets.

The green looks very interesting - I'm not going to say with certainty it appears to be emerald, but would further investigate such.

You undoubtedly found this in an interesting location, probably a mining district from first appearance.
